Hubskillz

Terms of service

Last updated: August 29, 2026

Purpose

These terms govern the use of the Hubskillz service (site, application and command line client) published by COUCOU IA. Creating an account means you accept these terms and the privacy policy.

Account

One account per person. You must be at least 16, or of legal age where your country requires it. The email address you provide must be accurate and yours: it is how we reach you.

You are responsible for keeping your password and device tokens private, and for everything done from your account.

Free personal plan

The personal plan is free for one user, with unlimited skills and surfaces. Its scope can change, with reasonable notice by email or in the app.

Your content

The skills you upload remain yours. You grant us only the licence needed to host, store and serve them to your surfaces and to the members of your organization.

You are responsible for what you import, including from skills.sh or a public repository, and for complying with their authors' licences.

Acceptable use

You may not upload illegal content, abuse the API (excessive load, circumventing limits), or attempt to access another person's account or data.

Availability

We do our best to keep the service available and your data intact. The free plan comes with no service level commitment. The service may be interrupted for maintenance or change at any time.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time from the settings. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, with prior notice when possible.

Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent French law allows, COUCOU IA is not liable for indirect damages, loss of data or loss of profit arising from the use or unavailability of the service. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. Any material change is announced by email or in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that date means you accept it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Failing an amicable settlement, disputes go to the courts of COUCOU IA's registered office, subject to the mandatory rules protecting consumers.
